We offer evidence-based 8-week LIVE online group programs:
- For depression & anxiety – Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
- For stress & chronic pain – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- For emotional well-being – Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
We also offer online professional training in MBCT, MBSR, and MSC to healthcare providers and social service professionals.
As a mental health charity, we work with over 20 social service agencies and 7 healthcare partners to bring mindfulness into marginalized communities across the city of Toronto and beyond.
