“We become what we behold. We shape our tools and then our tools shape us.” – Marshall McLuhan
On one hand, we have a world rapidly evolving into a digital where every one of us has a footprint. On the other hand, we are increasingly finding our use of smartphones, social media and technology as nearly addictive. Do we remove ourselves from the digital sphere or do we submit to the future upon us? This workshop involves a careful examination of the complex ways our minds and bodies integrate with technology use. Join the discussion on the latest research on ways human cognition is currently affected by the latest technologies.
