M. Lee Freedman, MD, CM, FRCP(C) is a Toronto-based child, adolescent and family psychiatrist with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, parents and families.

Dr. Freedman provides mindfulness-based therapy consultations and individual mindfulness-based therapy at the Centre for MindBody Health. She leads mindful parenting therapy groups, mindfulness-based group therapy for adults with ADHD and Camera-Assisted Mindfulness and Attention Regulation Training (CAM-ARTâ„¢) She is a speaker and workshop leader on mindfulness meditation for healthcare providers and educators and offers consulting services on the integration and use of mindfulness in education, healthcare and the workplace.

Dr. Freedman is a faculty member of the Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate Program at the University of Toronto and the Centre for Mindfulness Studies. She is a co-founder of Mindfulness Toronto, a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to the principles and practice of mindfulness in all sectors of society.
