Europe is committed to becoming the first climate-neutral continent. To achieve this, we need inspiring, compassionate and impactful leaders at all levels of society. The Inner Green Deal is an initiative to develop such leadership. Our programs focus on the ”inner human dimension” of climate action: opening-up to the reality of today, taking a wider perspective, shifting personal and collective behaviour and collaborating with peers across the EU to explore systemic action. The programs bring important benefits to organisations. Building on the case of climate action, they mobilise leaders from across regions, create peer communities and nourish a sense of care, compassion and common purpose. Our contribution is based on deep expertise in systemic change, neuroscience and mindful leadership. We are supported by experts from the fields of climate research, economy and politics. All our programs are evidence-based. Our intention is to build a thriving community of change makers who are committed to our planet and its inhabitants and who are brave enough to lead, regardless of the odds. As co-founder of the initiative I coordinate our activities, design and facilitate programs and coach leaders for systemic change.
