All A Mindful Society events and conferences provide CE credits and Letters of Participation.

Letters of Participation may be used to qualify for eligibility for Continuing Education Credits and Professional Development Programs from licensing boards and professional colleges that are not listed below. Please contact your own college or association to confirm its requirements.

Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA)

Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)

A Mindful Society is approved by the Canadian Psychological Association to offer continuing education for Psychologists. A Mindful Society maintains responsibility for the program(s).

The CPA’s approval of an individual, group, or organization as a CE Sponsor or Provider is restricted to the activities described in the approved application or annual report form. The CPA’s approval does not extend to any other CE activity the Sponsor or Provider might offer. In granting its approval, the CPA assumes no legal or financial obligations to Sponsors, Providers, or to those individuals who might participate in a Sponsor or Provider’s CE activities or programs. Further, responsibility for the content, provision, and delivery of any CE activity approved by the CPA remains that of the CE Sponsor or Provider. The CPA disclaims all legal liability associated with the content, provision, and delivery of the approved CE activity.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Professional Development goals/action plans that align with the conference/events and meet your and CRPO requirements can contribute to requisite continuing education hours. A Mindful Society will provide all members with access to program documentation for their Learning Record.

Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP)

Ontario College of Family Physicians

As a family physician, you can participate in a variety of activities that contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of your knowledge and skills. Linking Learning to Practice includes attending non-certified conferences and events. Linking Learning forms are available on the Mainpro+ portal. Each completed Linking Learning exercise earns five Mainpro+ certified credits.

Substantive Hours

Only Professionalism Hours must be accredited by the Law Society. Lawyers and paralegals must determine for themselves whether an activity is an eligible educational activity for CPD and qualifies for Substantive Hours. For more information about Substantive Hours, please see CPD Requirement.
