Liane is Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Awaris GmbH since 2009. AWARIS, is a global company that offers organizations leaders and employees evidence- and mindfulness-based interventions in the form of training and development programs. Scientific research accompanies all of AWARIS’ mindfulness programs.
She is also co-founder of the INNER GREEN DEAL INITIATIVE, which offers transformation programs, being researched by Lund University for Sustainable Studies, focusing on the inner human dimension. The Initiative supports current and future leaders, in the process of inner growth and transformation so that they act and make the decisions that lead to a society and an economy that works for all life on Earth.
She has more than 35 years of experience in coaching, leadership and organizational development and has been studying, practicing and teaching contemplative practices, also in form of retreats, for more than 30 years.
